Virtual Retreats
We are launching a new series of virtual gatherings created in response to a growing desire for spaces where healing, soul care, and collective resilience can flourish.
Originally inspired by those who wished to participate in our Healing Racial Trauma Certificate Program at Howard University School of Divinity but could not commit to the full program, these retreats offer an accessible opportunity to learn, connect, and be renewed in community during challenging times.
NOVEMBER 7-8, 2026
Soul Care Retreat
Healing, Hope, and Collective Resilience in a Time of Uncertainty
In times of uncertainty, so many of us find ourselves carrying more than we realize in our bodies, our relationships, and our spirits.

For us of the global majority (BIPOC), the cumulative weight of racial trauma, ongoing uncertainty, and the challenges of this cultural moment can leave us exhausted, disconnected, and struggling to imagine a hopeful future.
This virtual retreat is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and be nourished in community.
Together we will explore practices of healing, soul care, resilience, and collective wisdom that can help us remain grounded and expand our capacity while continuing the work of justice, leadership, and beloved community.
This is not primarily a lecture-based experience.

While there will be short teachings throughout the weekend, the heart of our time together will be relational, collaborative, and experiential. We will learn from one another, engage healing practices together, and create space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with hope.

It has been designed with the hope that you will walk away feeling like your body has just let out a big sigh.
